Living in Leisure City, FL, you sometimes run into household hiccups just when you least expect it. Our furnace was acting up, and with the first chill of the season already here, we knew we couldn’t wait. I heard about Furnace Repair by LeisureGrove Appliance Repair through a friend who had nothing but good things to say about them.
Gave them a ring, and honestly, the process couldn’t have been easier. The technician swung by on the same day—super impressive. They got straight to work and, boy, was it refreshing to see someone know their stuff! You could tell they’ve tackled more than a few Furnace Repairs in their day. Took a look, made a quick call for a spare part which thankfully didn’t take forever, and voila, our furnace was breathing life again.
What stood out was their down-to-earth manner. No fluffy pitches or trying to upsell. Just straightforward service. Also, they made sure we understood what went wrong and how to maybe avoid it happening again. A solid 5 stars for their work!
